The repairmen were very pleasant to work with. They repaired the door (belt drive) in a timely manner. I will probably use your company again, if needed. I do have a complaint : I wish the receipt explained what was done and break down the charges. Such as service call, parts and labor. Other than the receipt I was satisfied with the work done.

Carlos was the perfect repair man. He explained and showed us what we needed to do. Explained the warranty etc. Was very precise and friendly. We upgraded our garage door opener and along with the parts and repairs last year, we should be good for another 20 hears. We have always used Precision since we moved here 21 years ago. We selected Precision after seeing a television commercial and we are glad we did. Our installer, Ryan Dale, did an excellent job in explaining our issue. We were so comfortable with Ryan we went with his recommendation in replacing our garage door opener. He was efficient and kind. Great Service!

The technician was awesome! Very thorough and professional. I though the repair was more extensive than why was needed. Rather than charging me for what was not needed, he did an assessment and gave a more accurate, less expensive diagnosis. After making some minor repairs, the door is now working fine.

I chose Precision door because they were the fastest to respond. They set up an appointment right away and were at the house in one day. When they arrived the technician (Chase) could not be any more polite and professional. Service was excellent. Roy introduced himself right away and provided my wife and I with a thorough breakdown of our problem and what could be done to fix it. He provided us with 2 options both of which would be satisfactory and "allowed" us to determine which best fit our needs. And the best thing? Once we decided, Roy started the work and completed it quickly. He then spent time explaining what he did and even adjusted the garage door opener (which was not replaced) to accommodate the new hardware. Hope we don't need you for a long time but if we do, we won't hesitate to call you.

The price was to high for a garage door repair, I didn't like, I believe you over charge me. You said one price and then you charge another price, didn't stick with the same price. Didn't get a receipt when done, didn't like. To me that's not professional business.

Superb service. The technician who can out was a true professional. His service truck was fully stocked with garage parts. So much so that I dared him to see if he had enough gear in his truck to completely overhaul my garage. He did, and his parts were way better than the factory parts on my garage. So since he won the dare I told him to rebuild my garage door right on the spot. My garage door has never been so quiet... not even when it was new. Great job!!
