I Recently Had A Great Experience With Your Company. First I Had To Deceide Who To Contact. I Jumped On Computer Looking For Someone Local. Found Precision Garage Door In Burnsville Which Is Where I Live. On Website I Went To Schedule Appt For The Next Day. As Soon As I Scheduled My Time Slot I Received An E Mail Conformation. Next Day Colton My Service Tech Showed Up On Time. Was Very Positive And Friendly. I Needed A List Of Work, Plus A New Opener. He Assured Me He Could Perform All Work And Gave Me An Upfront Price. He Performed All Work Requested Perfectly. I Very Very Highly Recommend This Company. They Are Very Professional And Honor The Total Price Quoted Before Work.

Decided to call Precision Garage Door based on the information on their website and all the great reviews. Called to schedule an appointment and got one on the same day. Received an email from the technician letting us know he was on his way. Technician was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Service was performed in a timely manner. I would NEVER use Precision Garage/Door Service again. I had a very simple request to re-position one roller, on one track. The technician was here appr. 25 minutes, and spent appr. 20 minutes taking pictures, documented both 'good' and 'bad' feature of my door and mechanism. He spent no more than 2 minutes repairing what I specifically requested, and did what I feel was a very sloppy job when bending the track. Precision seems to be in the business of replacing doors by their inspection, rather than listening to the Customers concerns. The technician did call on his way, which I appreciate.
