I found you through Google, and the young lady I scheduled my appointment with was kind, respectful and reassuring. The technician. David Lenhardt was awesome! He came in friendly and professional- went through the assessment process prior to beginning and went right to work. Once assessed, he provided me with various options, and allowed me to choose the best one suited to my needs. I appreciate David’s professionalism and knowledge. 5 Stars for David! The only issue I had with the process was $ pricing $ was a bit high ????

David Eilers was my Tech, he did a thorough inspection after I told him my issues, after his inspection he explained all the problems and what could happen if they weren't corrected, door was old but, panels in good shape, he replaced the bracket that was bad, any that were cracked and realigned those that were not correct, we both agreed that the spring should also be replaced, all of the rollers and also replaced the bottom seal to stop water from entering the garage. I can't say enough about his professionalism and knowledge of his job, he was very personable and the kind of person I wanted doing the work, great asset to your company. If i ever have a need for Garage door service again I will definately contact Precision Overhead Garage Door Service to get it done. Thank you very much!!

My Technician was awesome. He took his Time. He cleaned up and removed all of the items from the garage. He was very nice and even asked me on his call when he was in route if he could bring me anything. I don’t think anyone that I have hired has ever been so nice. I am deeply happy with my new doors.
