The price of the springs were too high, so I didn't accept the service, and since according to them I didn't perform a repair they didn't accept the discount coupon and I had to paid the full amount. :-(

We understand your concerns with the price of our garage door springs, but the other springs you had recently purchased from another provider and asked to be installed were not going to work for your unit. Installing the unsafe spring would have been dangerous and caused further issues with your door and motor. While there are companies out there who might install incorrect parts (even per homeowner request) knowing they won't last their customers, we would never and will never do this. David Eilers was my Tech, he did a thorough inspection after I told him my issues, after his inspection he explained all the problems and what could happen if they weren't corrected, door was old but, panels in good shape, he replaced the bracket that was bad, any that were cracked and realigned those that were not correct, we both agreed that the spring should also be replaced, all of the rollers and also replaced the bottom seal to stop water from entering the garage. I can't say enough about his professionalism and knowledge of his job, he was very personable and the kind of person I wanted doing the work, great asset to your company. If i ever have a need for Garage door service again I will definately contact Precision Overhead Garage Door Service to get it done. Thank you very much!!

A belt on our garage door opener broke. David Lenhardt came out and replaced both openers and replaced various parts on the garage doors to make them safe. He was great. He went over everything, explained our options, and then installed and made repairs. He had help from another David and the two of them quickly and professionally completed the work. I'm so proud and confident in our younger generation ! Manytimes I hear just the opposite. A tree crashed through our garage roof and damaged our garage door. I called Precision Door, set up an appointment to have it fixed. Received a call from the technician "David Allen" confirming the appointment and his arrival time...he even ask me if I would like him to stop and get me a coffee while on his way ! This young man showed up on time, was as courteous as a person could possibly be. Explained/showed in detail what was wrong with the garage door. Talked to and explained everything to my insurance adjuster, over the phone, what was needed to repair the door and cost. Took so much of those headaches from me ! David was so professional and took a great deal of pride in his work. I could not be any happier with the job David Allen performed. This young man has a bright future ahead of him. Thank you David for making an unpleasant time, pleasant !!!

A spring on the garage door broke. The first company I called for repairs told me it would be three days before they could get to me. Then I called Precision and they were here the next day. The Technician (Luke, nice guy by the way) arrived promptly as promised. He performed a thorough inspection of the door and opener and offered several service options. He completed the job in a timely manner and left no mess behind.
