Richard arrived on Saturday afternoon to repair my garage door opener. He quickly diagnosed the wiring for the sensor was no longer working. Efficiently installed new wiring and had the door working again. It was Saturday afternoon around 3 and I was his last call. He could have packed up and left and I would have been happy, but he stayed and greased the door until it ran quietly. Thank you Richard for the extra service that will keep me as a customer.

They had a technician at my house the following morning. He diagnosed the problem and replaced one part instead of the entire unit. Randy thoroughly inspected and adjusted our 2-year old garage door that had developed a "pop" when being opened or closed. Besides lubricating all the moving parts, he adjusted the chain tension and replaced two rollers, and even replaced a capicator in the opener. Very happy customer, I give Precision Garage Door my highest recommendation.

I had a broken spring replaced. The technician was great and had the job done in a short amount of time. However, for the next 2+ hours he/we tried to repair his broken down truck which was stuck in my driveway. After paying $260 for a spring and minimal labor and then having to spend 2+ hours helping the guy get his truck out of my driveway I will probably call a different company for any future repairs.
