Great experience start to finish. Phone was answered after 5 PM, service call within 36 hours, and Joe the tech was great to work with and gave us 3 options and had all of them on his truck. He installed an unit and took away the old one in less than 90 minutes. We went back to Precision because they provided such a great experience last time. Thank you!

Tim did an excellent job repairing the track on my garage door after someone,apparently, tried,to,pry their way in. I didn’t even realize that someone tried to break in until Tim showed me all the marks left by a crowbar or whatever method they used to break in. He fixed it all very quick and did a great job, and, on the 4th of July. I couldn’t be more pleased and will be definitely calling them for an annual tuneup.

It's great to have a company with 24 hours service. We've used Precision several times in the past 12 years. They came on a Sunday to repair a broken spring, and then yesterday on a Saturday. The technician was very knowledgeable. The problem wasn't as bad as I thought, just a small adjustment. He as went over the whole thing and confirmed it was working fine. There was a sensor problem with door opening & closing and our rollers were in pretty bad shape. He social distanced and wore a mask which made me feel safe and at ease. Our garage door spring broke midweek. We called Precision since we used them before and they were able to schedule the repair on a Sunday morning. Luke, our technician, showed up when promised, expertly assessed the door repairs and then got to work. In less than an hour, he replace the springs, realigned our laser light for the opening (which I had sort of bypassed - my bad) and had everything back working. He then presented the bill of $140 for all the work, a savings of nearly $600 because of Precision’s lifetime warranty. Wow, what a great surprise! Luke was great and Precision stood by their warranty, which was fantastic. I know when we chose them for repairing our garage door a dozen years ago, it was a wise choice. That wisdom was proven with these repairs and we couldn’t be happier! Thanks Luke and Precision!
