He offered several potential service options and explained the benefits they each provided in detail. Joe replaced both springs on my double garage. When finished he noticed the door needed some reprogramming, so spent the time to ensure everything was working perfectly before he left.

I love you guys! I have work done on my garage door a number of yeas ago. When I couldn't get my garage door closed late afternoon a few weeks ago, even the manual was stuck. I didn't know what to do and didn't want to leave the door open all night. When I remembered the great work Precision had previously done I called them. The gal had a tech call me within a few minutes, they were able to walk me through getting the door closed temporarily for the night. They came back the very next day to repair the garage door, which happened to be my old garage door unit had finally bit the dust. They installed a new garage door unit. Fast, efficient, economical. Great Job!

About 10 years ago we used Precision Door Service to install three new complete door assemblies to replace the originals. The installation went well and we have been happy with the product (NW Door). Yesterday one of our torsion springs broke, so I called Liz at Precision Door Service. She was able to schedule service for the next morning. Joe arrived promptly and replaced the spring within about 1/2 hour. He was very professional and deserves 5 stars for excellent service!

We have been customers of Precision for 11 years. They have installed belt drive garage door openers on both of our double and single garage doors. Most recently and subject of this service call, our spring on the double door broke. I called on Thursday afternoon and scheduled an appointment for Friday. Marcus arrived at 5:20 pm and assessed the problem(s). We decided that the best option of the three provided was to overall the door mechanism (including new springs). Marcus was polite, efficient, very knowlegable. He answered all my questions and provided me enough info. to make a decision on the best way to proceed.
