Canyon was friendly, knowledgeable, on-time and got the problem fixed. He saw a different problem with the gate and discussed how to fix that. He is in the process of giving us an estimate for that.

The service for an appointment is great, the technician very professional. An invoice or receipt of payment was to be e-mailed. After a few days of not receiving it I called requesting one. To my amazement what was sent to me was a statement of no invoice # or amount paid, only the fact the balance of the account is zero. What does it take to get a receipt for payment of service?
