The best customer service from this company! Brian Payne installed my new garage door system in September 2020. I just recently had issues with my garage door and it was something not related at all to his install. Brian diagnosed the issues, repaired it with a gigantic smile and was happy to help with this resolving this issue. 5 stars + for Brian and Precision Door Service!

New door/2-remotes New opener New key pad New sensor pad The chain pulled the plug on the opener out of the outlet on the ceiling almost causing the ground plug prong to snap off. I had to zip tie the openers cord to an electrical wire to avoid the chain from interfering with cord to the opener. I also found two nails in the driveway from the demo.

We'd previously worked with Precision Garage Door of Cincinnati when we needed to replace a broken spring. So when one of our 20 year old openers stopped working with all of our remotes, we called for service. Within 2 days, they were on site. The circuit boards were aged and causing the issue and, after 20y, needed to be replaced. Although we didn't plan to spend the $$$ to replace two openers, it was well worth it! The quote was fair (Quote - Retail cost of openers = remaining for labor was reasonable for the work needed to install). All work was done same day (tech carried everything on the truck!). I'd also like to specifically recommend Jake (the tech). Very thorough, clearly explained the issues, and respected COVID protocols proactively. No pressure. Just laid out the situation and provided options for getting our doors to function again! Highly recommend Precision Door if you need any work done! Thank you!
