PRECISION GARAGE DOOR SERVICE OF COLUMBIA

The Cable on my garage door snapped, sending the pulley flying and damaging the windshield of my car. This happened at 8:00 p.m. A friend referred me to the website for precision. I did the online chat, set up an appointment for the next morning. I did request the service fee waiver since they were doing the repair with parts. This was not a problem at all. The tech was at my door at 8:00 a.m. All repairs done and safety cables installed BOTH doors, so this won't happen again, and still made it to work before 10:00 a.m. Great customer service, work and clean up was impeccable. Thank You!

He did arrive on time as scheduled but... all I wanted was a repair to a broken spring - after the service rep tried to sell me up to a new tension system I said no what does it cost to repair spring "Same cost as new system but I will wave the service call fee" Paid $65 service call fee and sent him on his way and found a company to repair the broken spring for less. Lesson learned try to do your research up front before they come on site.

Had issues with the door and springs and rep was very helpful in evaluating all the issues and suggested it would be more economical and overall better quality to replace the whole door and mechanism..... A little more expensive but new and life time warranty... Great service.....

Made the repair in less than 30 min. Total charge was $290. Was told the service call was $65. Repair man did not tell me up front what the work he was going to do was going to cost. I'm not happy and will be filing a complaint! Charged the service fee plus labor plus a flat fee to adjust the spring tensions.
