We have used Precision for all or our garage door needs. Our old garage door failed to open fully, so we contacted Precision for analysis of the problem. We ended up installing a new garage door opener! Service was great and technician was on time and completed all work within about an hour. We were totally pleased the service and the outcome!

Had my car stuck in the garage, told me they could get someone to me between 10pm and midnight. So the technician showed up at 9:40 and I was expecting the worst. What a got was Aaron who even though he had been working since 6am this morning, was upbeat, friendly, and courteous. He walked me through what the problem with my door was, gave me options of how he could fix it, and completed the work. Great service, great technician. Highly recommended.

Equipment is only 6 maths old and we already had to have the circuit board replaced. There was no lightening strike or power surge. If this happens again, I will be replacing the entire unit with one that lasts. I've had garage doors before and never had to replace anything in them....even after a lightening strike that took out most every electrical appliance in our house.

From the time Brian Sims came to my house to see if he could fix my garage door or if I would need to replace it to the day they installed it I never regretted going with a higher quality door and its hardware. Without the knowledge of garage doors, Mr. Sims took his time to show and tell me about the hardware and was also knowledgeable of competitors hardware. More importantly it was his honesty that sold me. I didn't have to buy a new garage door immediately, but soon and why not now? So, next was the great install team who was here on time, fast, friendly and kept the area neat as they worked. Not only installers, they were teachers too from the mechanical upkeep to all three types of remotes. None of this could have taken place without Jessica, the financial wizard. I salute you Jessica! 5 STARS! - Precision did a great job working us in at the best time for my work schedule. But, the Service Rep - Brian Simms was what really made them stand out. He did a great job in all aspects and was such a nice person while doing so. This was our first business with Precision and I don't know any of the other employees but if they are all like Brian Simms, Precision has a great team and should be your #1 choice when you need Garage Door Service.

Richard was very nice ,professional, and did a good job of making the repairs. I ended up with a $324.00 bill which I personally feel is way out of line. Come on guys! A $69.00 spring!

We are slightly higher than the competition due to being properly licensed and insured, hiring and training professional technicians and carrying quality parts on our trucks so that we can repair your door immediately.

I have a LiftMaster door opener & Precision's telephone number is on the opener. I called on Saturday morning, 8/8 and received same day service. I was totally impressed with the way my call was handled. Joseph was the service technician. He was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend your company. No stars! When your man came our garage door would open by the two remotes and the in-garage control switch. It would not close by either remote but would close if the switch in the garage where held down until it was completely closed. If the sensors had been out of line it would not have worked in either direction, only manually.

H.R. thank you for contacting us. The safety sensors are designed to prevent the door from closing if there is an interruption in the signal from one eye to the other. When the wall button is held down the system will override the safety sensors and allow the door to close. We are sorry this was not explained during our visit. Thank you again for your feedback.
