I came home from work and my garage door wouldn't open. I looked at it from the inside and could tell that one of the springs were broken. I called precision and they scheduled an appointment for 8-10 the next morning. The installer was at my house by 8. Aaron was very professional. Explained everything and fixed the door in less than an hour. I would highly recommend this business to anyone need Garage door service or repair.

The service was good and on time. The technician was knowledgeable and responsive to my questions. Jacob was polite, professional and presented a positive image for the company. The amount charged was 50% higher than was estimated when I phoned to set up the service which was an unwelcome surprise. Perhaps I did not ask the right questions on the phone.

I recently paid $65. for a service call. Tech said lights at floor level were out of order, straigtened them up and said all was corrected. Brian then charged the $65. on my AX card. Before leaving I tried the door again and the lift failed. After inspecting unit a 2nd time he said I had a "bad circuit board" and the best thing to do was replace the complete unit, of which I felt I had no option. He did replace the unit and then charged me another $427. of which I again paid him a 2nd time on my AX card. I have been your customer since 2012 and in 3 visits have paid you over $1,100. I don't feel on this last visit I should be charged the $65. and then 15 minutes later was told I needed another complete unit installed. Since 2012 I have paid you over $1,100. on 3 visits. I try to stay with the same company all the time but now I feel the last visits service charge of $65. and then 15 minutes later was told to replace the entire unit for another charge to my AX card of $427. of which I also paid. I asked the tech "Brian" since he didnt tell me at first to replace the unit and before he left said the unit should be replaced for $427. would he waive the $65. service charge fee? He said he wasnt authorized but would recommend the company to waive it but I would have to contact you directly. At this time I am formally requesting you waive the $65. fee on my AX card and issue me a credit. I called your toll number yesterday and talked with Elizabeth and told her the same thing I am stating now. She put me on "hold" for a a few minutes and came back on the phone and said she had received approval to waive the $65. charge in light of also in the same visit buying another unit for $465. which was put on my AX card as a "2nd" transaction. I asked her to comfirm to me by email that I would receive the credit but havent received an email yet telling me from your office it will be applied! I would like to remain your loyal customer and would like an email from you confirming the credit of $65. will be applied. I know the same as you that "referrals" from loyal customers are your main source of new business because I owned my own business for 30 years. I am a veteran, a senior citizen and a loyal customer and would like to remain that way. Please email me back your confirmation that this $65. credit will be applied to my AX card. I appreciate your consideration and concern for your current customers loyalty (like me). I am looking forward to your reply. Best Regards, Randall Fletcher

Great service, it was a special 18 foot door, they ordered, let me know several days in advance that it was in and installed it in one day. Very quiet door opener with the belt drive. Had one small issue we didn't notice for several days, gave them a call and out the next day to take care of gap.
