A true “5” star company. I called them thinking I wanted a hurricane rated garage door. They said don’t waste your money that I already had one. All I needed was some maintenance on my exiting door. None of the other companies I called told me my door would withstand a hurricane. If you want an honest company, Precision is the one!

Company came out and viewed the project. I received many phone calls asking how the tech did, BUT TO DATE after asking Many Times for the ACTUAL QUOTE for the work, I still cannot get it. They say it is being sent or has been sent. It's a classic case of process has got in the way of customer service.

*5 STARS* - I was impressed by the Fantastic Service I received from the day I received my quote to the day my garage door was installed. The day before our schedule apt, I received a reminder. On the day of, I received a text message from Fabian, the technician to state he was on his way. Both Fabian and his assistant were professional, punctual, and completed the job in less time than quoted. The assistant technician went out of his way to fix a gap I had under my garage door and Fabian even offered to help me replace the burned out light bulbs on the garage door light. Emergency!! spring snap - who to call! Liftmaster suggests Precision Door Service of Miami -but we are in Key Largo ?? We call and Precision instantly picks up, totally understands the situation. Precision has full day already booked - they show up as promised at 5PM and 2 hours later = all fixed !! Emergency situation turned into wonderful experience. Don't hesitate to phone Precision. We are having some issues with our newly installed garage door and it’s controller. The techs are working on ordering a new garage opener motor . Called to set an appointment in mid January. Came to my house a couple of days later. I agreed on a door and motor and paid 50% deposit. About a week later they called asking if they could come by the house next day to get permit signed. I informed that I would be in my office and asked if they would come there. they said they would get back to me. Its been almost a month and haven't heard back since. On Thursday February 18th I called and informed the person on the line of this. They said they would have someone contact me right away. its now Monday afternoon February 22, and haven't heard from anyone. the jury is still out on this company. I'll write another review soon to let all know whether the issue has been resolved.
