My door didn't open, and I called Edward . I described the problem & he said someone would be out in 45 Min. Unbelievable! A few minutes I got a text saying Jose would be hear soon with a picture. Jose arrived on time and diagnosed the problem a broken spring. Repaired the springs and was gone in 1 hour. What service. Thank you.

Very happy with this company and the technician Fabian Veloso. Did inspection and had a quick turnaround. Installed garage door in a few hours. Fabian is very polite and explained everything necessary. I have already given the info. to one of my neighbors > hopefully that generates more work for the company. Amazing customer service from first call. We felt no pressure in repairing or buying a door from your company. The technician, Fabian Veloso, was very knowledgeable, patient and gave us good information. Emails, texts, and calls from Precision kept us informed. Because we were impressed with the company, instead of repairing and trying to fortify our existing old door, we opted for a new hurricane garage door and a LiftMaster motor. Fabian was on time for all appointments. The work was done expertly and very professional.

Holly was great. The time spent with Mr. Fabian Veloso lasted 5 minutes. In 2 minutes he provided me with a verbal estimate of $420. He never gave a break down of Labor and material costs. I told him that the estimate was high. I mentioned that the springs will go for $75 each, he said that they were more expensive, His answers were short and dry. Not friendly at all. He has to be trained on people skills. The interaction with him lasted for 5 minutes. I asked him to leave my house. No service was provided. I later hired another contractor that was friendly, accessible and charged me $290 and I saved $140 and he replaced torsion springs and cables .

From the moment I scheduled the appointment for the quote and the moment the technician arrived everything went very smooth with Precision. Manuel R. was very professional and respectful at the time of the appointment as well as honest and knowledgeable about the products. My husband and I obtained other quotes and decided to go with Precision because of their pricing, reviews and customer service. Their available stock and scheduling the installation was a matter of days and their accommodations were perfect. Manuel, the same technician who came for the quote, and Fabian arrived promptly at their scheduled time the day of installation and were kind, respectful and professional. They worked very diligently and quickly as they removed our old garage door, cleared the debris, installed the new one and took the garbage with them within approximately 2 to 3 hours. We were very satisfied with their work and attitude. I would recommend Precision Garage Door and their staff to anyone who asks!

I was thoroughly impressed with Precision. Because I had to raise the height of my garage floor, my door no longer closed properly. Several other companies and individuals told me that my only recourse was getting an entirely new door or a roller door. One company even said, "Oh, we don't want to be involved in a project like that." I was thankful I found Precision. Rainier came out quickly for a quote, even fixed something on the spot, and told me that there was no need to order a new door. They simply had to swap out two of the panels for smaller ones. They were ordered and, within 10 days, installed. Super professional - and that's hard to find nowadays. I would certainly recommend them!
