An excellent experience with Precision. Our spring broke early this morning. Called them at 7:00am and the door was fixed by 10:00! I selected PDS (again) today to replace shoddy builder parts at our less than 3 year old new home. I did so because in 2003, I had the best customer experience of my life with Precision. My garage door stopped working on a Sunday afternoon. I planned to contact Precision Monday AM, but thought I could expedite their response by leaving a message on their answering service at midnight. To my amazement, a live person answered the phone from the company's call center in Florida. They had someone come out to replace the motor and other worn parts at 8am that morning! The guy who did the work was professional and quick. The job was wrapped up in under 2 hours. It a world of mediocrity, it was an amazing display of competence.

Precision Garage Door to the rescue! After my own failed attempts to fix my garage door that would not close all the way, I called Precision and got an appointment the next day. Arrived when they said they would and called ahead to make sure the time was still good. The technician quickly assessed that the problem was a sensor issue and the travel settings were off. Fixed in 10 minutes. But that's not all. The technician asked me about my observations with the door and found that the location of a support bar on the door itself could be tripping the sensors so he moved it out of the way. This seemed to be the root cause of the problem and explained the basics about how the sensors work to me. And then performed some maintenance (lubed / oiled parts) on top of all that. 30 minutes total. BAM! - door is fixed, and I'm off to work. Well done Precision! Excellent customer service, friendly and very knowledgeable technician. Thank you and I highly recommend Precision to anyone with garage door repair or maintenance needs.

Fantastic service! The afternoon before an early-morning outing we discovered that one of our garage door springs had broken. I called a little after 5 PM on a Saturday and was fortunate that their on-call service was available that evening. They showed up around 7:15 PM and were completely finished shortly afterward. Not only did they replace BOTH springs, they completely serviced the entire door system! Fantastic!
