I was impressed by the technician (Travis). Arrived early would you believe! Knew immediately the problem with my garage door and set to work in spite of several obstructions sitting around the area. Cheerful. Answered all my questions. There were many. Although I am not happy with what it cost me, Travis convinced me it was the best thing to do since the system is about 18 years old.

Great service! Paul arrived on time, assessed our broken spring issue and came up with a few solutions, that we could pick. Since our old door was 27 years old and damaged from a few previous hurricanes we decided to purchase a new steel insulated door. The install department called the following Monday to finalize the order with our window choice and now we are awaiting for the the new door to arrive and be installed. We have used Precision previously and are happy to use them again.

Thank you Scotty and Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. The cables on my door jumped the track and created a mess. Scotty figured out how the untangle the mess, replace the cable, and get the door working properly. This happened on a Sunday afternoon and by 6:00 it was fixed good as new.

I need a copy of my paid bill The 2 men arrived 30 minutes early and were willing to wait, they did a good job, the first door facing the doors on the right will hang about 12'' to 24'' from closing and will turn and go back up about every 3rd or 4th use, at that point i will stop the door by the remote and hold the down button thru the down conman and it will then close, I don't want this to mass up my control button.
