First class repair by Brandon Mills 1. Arrive at repair site 4 hours after owner contacts Precision. 2. Determine what needs repair and replacement. 3. Agree to scope of repair and cost. 4. Get new parts which are in the truck. 5. Remove broken parts and replace with new parts. 6. 1 hour later, test door, submit invoice, receive check, and have a nice day. Good job Brandon

Scotty was an outstanding technician. Knows his business, and takes the time to explain everything. Making the appointment was easy and well done. Scotty showed up on time. He replaced my spring system, and installed a new garage door rail/chain system as well. He lubed the system and it is whisper quiet now. CAUTION: Precision Garage Door is not the least expensive solution. They use premium parts and high quality technicians. If your looking for the low cost solution, Precision Door is not the answer. But if your looking for high quality workmanship using high quality parts, this is your place. And Scotty is your technician!

After replacing parts and motor our 30 year old garage door glides along the track such that it barely makes noise. Richard gave us several estimates for repair as the door was still working but sounding very ominous. He explained and showed us the possible issues and what he could do to fix it. One of the springs on my overhead garage door snapped so I called Precision and was able to schedule an appointment for the following day. The technician, Greg arrived as scheduled and perfomed an analysis of my door. He gave me an estimate, which I accepted, and promptly began the repair. I have dealt with a lot of contractors "post covid" and was initially sceptible of the level of service that I would receive but after talking with Greg, I recognized immediately that he was a real Pro! He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and he did an outstanding job! My wife and I are very happy with his workmanship!

Excellent from start to finish! Lynn listened well, explained what to expect during a service visit and scheduled a visit within twenty-four hours of the call. An email with technician names/photos was provided for verification of identity of service personnel. Richard, the service technician, arrived promptly in the visit window, and was professional and personable. He quickly figured out why the garage door was not working, reviewed costs and pros/cons of various materials needed to fix the issue and took the time to troubleshoot for potential problems. Richard completed the work within an hour, did a thorough maintenance service and provided information on new options for future consideration. We hope not to need garage door-related services anytime soon, but if we do, will definitely use Precision!
