I needed my garage door fixed immediately. I called late at night and was able to get an appt for the next morning. My technician Garett Southerland gave me a courtesy call when he was on his way as expected. He really worked quickly to fix my garage. And it was raining the entire time but he did it without complaints. This is my second time using this company and I am grateful for their service!

Newer house. Door was making noise. Tech said I needed new rollers and door adjustment. Sounded better for a few days but sounds worse than ever now, banging and clunking. Set up an appointment for someone to come back out. Tech was friendly enough but service was quite poor.

I have hesitated about doing a comment about my recent experience with y’all but have decided to go ahead. The young lady I talked to was a nice, friendly and professional as they come. The technician not so much. I may be old but not demented. He stated he could not find anything wrong and did look at things BUT he did not need to tell me that the garage door was heavy and that was why the door wouldn’t open! Excuse me y’all put the opener in!!!! I have had 2 more episodes of it not opening at 5 am and trust me you were not called. Sorry I wasted the technicians time!! Also his statement of the problem being I had disengaged the door!!! yes I did as I could not keep door open from 5am to 6 pm so I did what the previous professional told me to doSorry for the rant but as I said I had hesitated on doing this review

Quick and courteous service. Chris was on-site in about 1 hour. He installed new springs, end bearings, cables, and rollers. He inspected the door and installed several screws that were missing on the panel hinge brackets. He also lubricated the moving parts. I highly recommend Precision Doors.

Kirby Reeves came out to my house to service my garage door. I'm a new home owner and in the first week of owning my home, my garage door suddenly quick working. The learning light would either blink 3 or 4 times. Mainly it would blink 3 times. Since that indicated that it would be either a door switch or a motor problem, I decided to have a technician come out to take a look at it so I know what to do. He deserves 10 stars. Even though he didn't have a door switch since he had just sold his last one, and that was the only thing wrong with mine, he he did what he could to help and teach me on how to fix it myself once I got the part. He helped me fix my remote openers for my car by setting them up, helped me run a wire so I could wire in the switch once it arrives (my old switch was the battery powered one that was known to break when you tried to replace the batteries), told me to take my LED light bulb out because it would ruin my motor eventually, informed me to avoid using LED lights outside my house due them somehow interfere with the remote signals, showed me how to properly oil my door and how frequently it should be done, oiled my door, and told me everything that could potentially go wrong with the door or system and what I should do with each scenario and how to fix it. I would strongly recommend him to another person looking to fix a problem with their garage door. He also takes his time to do it right, very conscientious about not putting unnecessary holes in your walls or get it dirty, and he's very friendly.

I called Precision after waiting 14 days to have Home Depot install a Genie garage door opener I purchased from them. With still no install date, I called Precision to install the opener I bought from Home Depot. Precision installed the product, that same day. I found them to be timely, efficient and professional, for a few bucks more than Home Depot, which I gladly paid for same day service. The light bulb did not come with the garage door opener and thus was not installed. I think it should have been installed for me anyway because at 65, I can't do it myself. Wish I would have purchased the garage door opener from Precision also.
