Precision dispatched a representative to my home very quickly. He arrived promptly when he said he would. Antonio the Precision Rep was very courteous and listened to my unique build request. He offered numerous suggestions that were very helpful and answered all my questions and concerns. He broke down his quote and described in detail what each section entailed. I was very impressed by his professionalism and knowledge of his product. He made the quote process less stressful than they usually are. I choose Precision because their web-page looked professional. After the free estimate, I was convinced that Precision was the right choice. I had the first of two doors installed today and I'm even more impressed. The installer, Isaiah Sellers, was totally professional and a skilled craftsman. He did not talk much, but worked at a steady pace with no wasted steps. I hope he's assigned to install my second door in a couple weeks.

Called around 8:00 and they were able to respond the same day. But I had to wait for the next day. Very quick response. Technician, Scott, was very nice and professional. Had new garage door motor unit and track and new rollers installed quickly. Very happy with PDS.
