Very pleasant and professional, but took months to get our hurricane shutters. After three or more phone calls, I was finally informed the manufacturing factory had been shut down. However, with $2000 down payment, it would have been nice if someone had informed us of the reasons for the delays. When they finally came to install the shutters, they did not have covers for the correct windows. In addition, they also hit an electrical wire when installing the pins to hold the shutter, requiring us to hire an electrician after hours to make the repair. The issues were rectified quickly and professionally, which I appreciated. Overall, satisfied, but a bit disappointed in the delays and lack of communication after the deposit was placed.

My garage door opener stopped working and my husband and I did everything we knew how to get it to work. We called Precision because the name was familar. Jonathan was the most courteous and helpful tech. He explained why it wasn't working, fixed it and did a check of the whole system. Before Jonathan arrived I received a text with his picture and information about him. The text gave us security in knowing who would be at our home. Dylan did a great job. He listened to me about the problem that 3 other techs did not fix. He found a bent brace and replaced it. Worked the door and made tension adjustments. Time will tell but it is very quiet and smooth.

The person that came out was not helpful at all I tried explaining what I wanted and he wasn’t listening to what I was saying on the garage doors that I wanted to get he said I had to paint them if I have to paint the garage door and pay all that money it wasn’t worth it so I decide to call another company got what I wanted in my garage doors and I can’t wait to get them that they really help me with my decision it-was a better company I thought you all would be good , but no you are not I was really dissatisfied the way the guy handled it .

I chose Precision because I’ve used them before and they did a great job. And this time was no exception. Antonio, the service tech, first checked everything out to make sure nothing else needed attention besides the broken spring. He the proceeded to change out the springs in no time at all. After the installation of the new springs, he made sure they were adjusted correctly and that the door was operating properly. Antonio was probably one of the most effective and efficient repair techs I’ve seen and I’ve seen many. He is very cordial, knowledgeable, easy to communicate with. Can’t go wrong if you get him to do your work.

It was Sunday, and we were getting ready to leave the house for a bite to eat and a bit of shopping. When I went to open my garage door, I heard a loud noise, and the door would not open. I thought something was blocking the track, so after further investigation I realized that the tensioner spring had broken. N0 problem, I'll just release the lift motor mechanism and open the door manually. Wrong. It weighed a ton and without the spring, that method of raising the door was not an option. Now my Garage was holding my car hostage with no way out. Great. So, after a quick internet search, I found Precision Door's website and was pleased to see that they had 24/7 operators on standby! I called and spoke to an actual human, and they were able to setup an appointment the very next day! I couldn't believe it but yeah, that happened. The next day I received a text letting me know who the Service Technician would be and their name. My tech was Isaiah and he was on his way. Before his arrival, he called me and told me what time he would be arriving. He was prompt. He presented himself in a very professional manner and assessed my situation and gave me three options. He could get the door open for me to get my car out and close the door back if money was an issue at the time or he could replace the broken spring or he could rebuild the door with all new parts that came with a 10-year warranty. My door was 15 years old and had become somewhat noisy and sluggish, so I opted for the rebuild. He didn't mess around. Working with a vehicle in the way did not pose any problems for him. In one hours', time he was finished. I could not believe how fast he was able to complete his job. Like a hot knife through butter, he was smooth and flawless and very methodical in his approach. I would not hesitate to refer Precision Door to friends and family in the future as I was extremely satisfied with the service. Thank You Isaiah for your professionalism and attitude. It was very well appreciated!
