Actually performed a nearly complete overhaul (only the door and rails are original now) of a 35+ year old setup. Very fast response for appointment, professional in all dealings, prompt and efficient work (on a SUNDAY!). All this after waiting 3+ months from quote until actually deciding to utilize their services. Wish I hadn't waited!

Easy, same day scheduling to replace broken springs, aging rollers, bearings and a cracked hinge. Rudy, the repair technician, called before arrival, was courteous, fully explained all the issues and completed the repairs in about 1.5 hours. Given the COVID-19 supply chain disruptions, I was happy to find a quality service company that had springs available and was not limiting replacement to just the broken spring (as some firms are currently operating).

All of our interactions with Precision Garage Door have been professional courteous and prompt. We had purchased a new garage door and it was installed in January. The door is well built and insulated. Then this week the rollers came off the rails. We were so concerned as we would be gone and our garage would be unsecured. I called and within 4 hours the technician was working on it. Tony was courteous and efficient. He fixed the issue and installed stops so this will not occur again. This is amazing customer service and we are satisfied with our new door and very grateful for the prompt service.

Based on my 2019 experience when garage door failed and PRECISION came to my home on Saturday to repair the garage door I learned that it what good technicians/service team you have...so today, 2 yrs later my 'remote' control failed I called PRECISION. I have not heard or seen any advertisements...ads do NOT influence me, rather it is the quality of service and repair of mechanical issues that impress. THANK YOU PRECISION and many thanks to TONY the guy that took care of the over due maintenance, and replaced our remotes all within one hour service call. He was professional methodical and thorough...best regards to all.

Tony and his assistance arrived on time and got to work. They installed my opener in about 1 and half hours. Tony did a very good professional job. Tony also delivered my homelink repeater kit after a very long day in SANTA FE. he was tired but he tried to program my home link to my Suv but had some issues. I stepped up programmed it in about 3 minutes. No knock on Tony they can be tricky at times as I have installed them before. Thanks Tony!

The technician was very professional and polite, but it was hard to believe that I would be charged over $100 for him pushing a reset button that took all of 30 seconds. Would this not be a courtesy for a previous customer already in the date base? I assumed he did not have the authority to make that decision, to offer such a brief service "gratis", so I did not bother to negotiate. Would the company, on the other hand, make this concession and refund the payment?
