We asked for a visit to see if our door could be repaired. We were quoted 3,000 dollars for a new door and installation. A very quick second search had an estimate from another company for less than 1,000. I feel like we were being sold the bells and whistles plan on a hard sell. My wife was told she would never find a better price. Bit of a turn off, especially as this was the only option presented to us.

We have tried to reach you multiple times to discuss the second quote you received. We would certainly love to see it and make sure it is the same door, parts and the opener that was included in our quote to you. If it was an "apples to apples" quote, we can usually work with the numbers. If the quote is for the same size door, but not the same quality door, or parts and no jackshaft motor on the quote, it is not identical and shouldn't be compared as such. This was our first time using Precision for our garage door needs. This was the BEST experience EVER! We had to request emergency service for our garage door because our vehicle was locked in the garage from the entrance/exit door to the house proper and we were unable to open the garage door from outside using the keypad. It was imperative that I have access to the vehicle in order to get to work early morning. Uri, the technician said he be there in 30 minutes, and in no time he detected the problem with the keypad and fixed it in less than 45 minutes! Uri is the most pleasant and knowledgeable individual I have ever met. I recommend Precision and will request the services of Uri again and again!

Greg was delightful. He kept us informed of when he would arrive. When he assessed the problem, he wasn't initially sure how to fix the problem efficiently and effectively. One call and he was able to determine what the resolution. We had to have a part replaced and the cables reset.
