Cliff was a fantastic sales person and helped manage our installation. The installer, who's name I have forgotten, was friendly, courteous, and a very conscientious worker. He came on time, was polite and completely cleaned up the work area before leaving. The windows of the garage door were missing the panes and Cliff was quick to get on it and have them installed in just a few days without any issues. I couldn't be happier and we just LOVE the new door, the opener, and the keyless entry pad!!! A great experience overall and we would highly recommend this company and the product to anyone.

My door opener spontaneously randomly locks me out. The tech could find nothing "wrong", and didn't offer any solutions. I spent a day of vacation from work to be there but got no repair or resolution. These openers have been nothing but trouble; this is the 3rd one installed/ replaced in a span of about a year.

Quick, first class installation! Cliff was very responsive and diligent, and he installed two door opener systems and rollers on a complicated old house very professionally. There was some unintended vehicle damage at the driveway. Cliff and his colleague had fixed it before I could! Precision Door is very highly recommended!

Really should be 4.9 (if you record it as a 5 I'm OK with that). Everything was done well, quickly and with the right results. I had Precision, this franchise, once before and was very satisfied then but really looked at them as a local appointment based operation. Now with my warranty they will get my calls in an emergency - although I don't expect any problems. Only "problem" which took off the tenth of a star, was the use of the white lithium grease which smells like cat urine and since we have an attached garage ... It is hard to air out a garage when it is 30 out and an open door invites a real cat. Not sure what repair to use as Kenneth fixed everything!

Called on a Saturday morning for repair of a broken garage door spring. Phone was promptly answered at 7:30 am and a repair visit scheduled for that afternoon. The repairman, Eric, arrived earlier than scheduled and evaluated need for repair offering suggestions for replacement of rollers and cables along with broken spring. Given the age of my installation, 13 years, I opted for the full maintenance package. Eric went right to work efficiently and had repairs effected in short order. He was very professional and knowledgable. I was very pleased with the response of the Precision staff and the quality of repairs. I purchased a new garage door opener from Precision some 3 years ago and have been very pleased with its smoothness of operation. Both experiences were very positive. I recommend Precision without reservation.

Superb service. Technician arrived one hour after my frantic call of broken garage door springs. An hour later everything was fixed, upgraded and inspected. We were having trouble closing the garage door, it had a loose hinge, and the strip on the bottom was torn and damaged. I called and they were able to send someone out that day between 12-2. The tech called on the way to tell me he was on the way. He reviewed the issues, told me what as needed, explained pricing, gave me options, and was able to to the work I requested then and there. He even remembered to lock the gate when he left. We had used this company once several years ago and we happy to find that their service was as good as before.
