Service same day as I called. Received a call earlier than scheduled and was told the technician could come earlier if OK. Perfect. Matt Bell, the technician was very helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. I would certainly call Precision again!

I believed one of the cables to be the problem with one of my garage doors.l The guys confirmed this upon inspection, and didn't try to tell me more was wrong with the door than what was. They lubed the door, adjusted the height the door rolled up and fixed the cable all for a very reasonable price. Very honest and on time. I will be using Precision for all my garage door needs. Thanks again
