I haven't had the install completed yet but the service technician Jacob Baggett was kind, jovial and knowledgeable at the diagnostic appointment. He let me know what was going on through the whole experience and let me know his recommendations while being open to my interests being covered first. Precision Garage Door company delivers what it advertises - Great Customer Service. From the representative who answered the phone and quickly scheduled an appointment for me. The company sent me a confirming email and texted me the photo and name of the Service Technician assigned to my appintment. Trent Dunn phone 30 minutes before the appointment to let me know he was on the way. Upon arrival, he quickly diagnosed the issues with the garage doors, proposed a solution, provided an estimate, and scheduled an appointment for the following day to do the work. He explained exactly what was needed and why. Trent arrived on time, installed the all the parts, and made sure that the 2 garage doors worked appropriately to our satisfaction. He provided service above and beyond expectations. He made sure that our garage doors were connected to the internet. Trent Dunn, you are awesome.

Jacob Baggett was on time, explained the work being accomplished, made recommendations for improved operation. made those part replacement changes that I requested. He was courteous and professional. My main intended request was for replacement of the lower door seal that had been damaged by an animal. He will have to return to the site for the requested replacement because he needed to acquire a size measurement first. He intends to return early-to-mid of the following week to install it. Our technician, Steve Colley, was punctual, very friendly and professional. He completed all of the work successfully in a shorter amount of time than expected and he took time to go over every detail of our new overhead door system, answered our questions and, we believe, went above and beyond in his efforts to provide us with the best and most competent service possible. In the future, we will definitely be asking for Steve, if we ever need this kind of service again, because he left us feeling like he would always be available to us for any kind of related assistance in the future.

Excellent service!! Arrived when they said would be here. Very nice professional, personable, knowledgeable technician who was very pleasant to converse with. Took his time to show me how he programmed the garage door button in my car. Explained why the rollers and springs needed to be replaced. All in all, very good experience.

I've had two experiences with Precision. They were absolutely excellent & beyond professional !!!!! The absolutely knew what to do and how to handle the issues with my garage door. I had them replace my existing Garage door. Andrew, did the install of the new door.. He was excellent and was able and willing to communicate with me. (Sorry, I don't remember the name of the person that came to my house on Sunday afternoon to check my door problem - but he was also excellent). He was a real gentleman !!! I was very happy and pleased with him. Plus, he served in the U.S. Military which is a plus for me. He was a hard worker but at the same time provided an up lifting experience to me. All was good and exceeded my expectations !!!!! I have great confidence in Precision !!

I called because I heard about their reputation & received a referral from family member. Jacob came out to give an estimate to replace my garage door. He was super friendly, answered all my questions and was very patient while I was trying to choose the door I wanted. He was also concerned for my safety & would not let me show him how I had been opening my garage door. He asked me not to use the door as it had become dangerous & on the verge of falling. I can't say enough about how nice Jacob was. He is the perfect example of great customer service.

The tech was awesome although there is one square missing insulation strip and the insulation for that square is about to fall out. I will say that your advertising of discounts is false as we inquired about both the $100 off as well as the garage door opener and were told that since we took the $100 veterans discount, we were not eligible for anything else. A veterans discount should always be on top of any other discounts as it really defeats the purpose to offer as an either or. Since there was no verbiage in the ad regarding a veterans discount, these other 2 should have been included so from that aspect we are not satisfied. I do recommend the work done but I do not appreciate you not honoring any of any discounts you offer in your ads.

We were surprised to see that only one person showed up to remove and install a new extra wide insulated garage door however, the service person did an amazing job, he was very knowledgeable, polit and professional.
