Okay, so having been in construction for 46 years here in Washington & Benton counties, I was skeptical about your claims in your commercials. I had a unusual situation with my garage door original installation. Typical Stan with a Van fly by night sub installer. Fast forward 6 years and I run the door off the rails. I chose Precision based on their marketing. I made the right choice. My tech Justin was extremely professional as well as knowledgable about my project. The repair was accomplished in a very efficient and timely matter. Somewhere in the process we miscommunicated about the exact nature of the work to be done. ( my bad). Justin and his very able assistant Jacob had left my job. I called Justin and conversed with him about the issue and with out hesitation or complaint he returned to my job immediately and accomplishes the complete tune-up on my door. I could not be more impressed and completely happy with the CRAFTMANSHIP that was provided by Precision Door . I highly recommend them for any overhead door work, and was very pleased with the reasonable pricing.
