I knee jerked on my reaction when I saw what it cost. I haven’t had work done on my garage door in many years. Time gets away and prices get higher, especially in the economy we live in now. With the supplies limited the cost get higher to all. I think this is a great company, lifetime warranty on parts and service. Main thing, Jacob was my Precislon Tech. He is awesome. He’s doing a complete door replacement for my co-worker. Total 5 STARS for Precision and Jacob!

I didn’t have a good experience at all with Precision. The technician, Cory Rilling, did the installation and he was wonderful. The communication throughout this whole process was completely unacceptable. I was told that I would receive a call from the office on Saturday and I finally had to call them on Wednesday. The roads were awful on the day of the install and freezing rain was predicted. I have 2 steep hills getting to my place. I expected to have the office call and cancel, but no call from them. I got a text from the technician saying he was on his way and I responded that the roads were bad and he shouldn’t come. He hadn’t read it. He installed it and headed back to town on roads that were icy and he was putting himself in danger! Long story short, I can’t understand why it’s so difficult to make a simple phone call. That may have made this a satisfactory experience, but instead I’m an unhappy customer and would not recommend your company to anyone! I can’t understand how a company can jeopardize their employees by expecting them to travel when the authorities were encouraging everyone to stay home. The office is not run in a professional and courteous manner, but the technician gets a 5 star rating from me.

The other week's lightning storm took out our garage door, modem, and all the lights in the kitchen. Just the things we use daily. I called and they were able to get us in next day. Steve was very professional and told me everything that was needed and made suggestions as he saw fit. We ended up needing a new motor and sensor. He also noticed that our rollers were wearing. They installed everything in about an hour and programmed my car for me. I cannot believe the difference in the motor and I love that the light comes on automatically whenever we enter the garage. We're also equipped with MyQ, so I don't have to drive around the block to make sure I shut the door. He was clear about prices and was very personable. Outstanding service and would definitely call again. Thanks a bunch!

I paid for a new garage door, and a damaged door was installed. Furthermore, you did not honor your advertisement, that with the purchase of a new door you would add a garage opener. Nevertheless, the door doesn't lock from the inside and is missing the handle to pul it down from the outside. The door currently is in none operating condition.

My technician was Michael Bray, and after he became aware that I was expecting a new motor w/ the installation of my new garage door. He purposely failed to re-align the safety sensors, and made untrue statements about my Chamberlain motor motherboard being bad. Furthermore, He also stated, that the only way my garage door would go up or down was if I hold the button down. I googled his BS and found out it was a quick fix. No one likes to be taken for a fool, so I left Precision a bad review... Steve Colley, was a new technician Precision sent today for a different issue with my new garage door not closing properly. Mr. Colley, quickly fixed the problem and the job is now complete. What I like about Precision is that the company will keep sending technicians until they finish the job and you're satisfied.. And for that; I give Precision 5 stars!

#5-Precision Garage Door service was at my home in 20 minutes. My car was locked in my garage and i had a full day of appointments. Travis repaired it and explained why the coil broke and memory sensor cables should have been more dense. They all are the most consumer-friendly merchants I have ever found.
