I called precision door after the cable had been snapped off of my current door opener‘s. They came out, same day, after sending me a text, introducing and photo of the men that would be arriving at my home, for my own safety and comfort. They replaced the opener‘s and scheduled to replace the doors with my new garage doors. They were fantastic, very professional and friendly, with all courteousness. They replaced my double garage doors, they are beautiful and have added much curb appeal to the house. Afterwords, they gave me tips for using the smart app. Precision Garage Door, very friendly, and professionals in every way.

Our garage door broke and ran off of the track at 10PM last night. I did a search for local repair and was pleased to see the Precision ad stating that they answer the phone with a human 24/7. After calling I was pleased to learn that was the case. I took the earliest available time today 12 - 2 PM today. I was pleased again when I heard from Tyler and Elliot and they told me they were running ahead of schedule and they arrived earlier than the appointment. They were awesome. Not only did they repair the door quickly, they identified and showed me a number of worn parts that should be replaced to prevent future issues. Tyler and Elliot were professional and informative. I recommend them and Precision highly. 5 Stars.

I saw an emphasis in your ad on garage door repair which is what I needed. Precision was really prompt at getting me fixed up. The technicians were very polite and seemed very well trained. They were able to diagnose and fix my problem quickly. I would have bet money that they would have to order parts, but they had everything they needed so I was back to normal soon. We discovered a broken spring on a Sunday night. After placing several no-answer calls to companies recommended by neighbors we decided to try Precision. In a few minutes we were scheduled for service first thing Monday morning. The tech (Ron) was very knowledgable and professional. Our door is extra large and heavy so he had to calculate the correct spring combination for our situation. After installation he adjusted balance, travel and force to make sure everything was working perfectly. Precision is your one stop shop for all overhead needs and I can’t say enough good things about them. I called at 1400 because our garage door stopped working and John and Travis were at the house within an hour. They provided multiple options to best fit our budget, and were nothing but professional about everything that needed to be done. They knocked out the job quickly and answered every question I had about setup/maintenance. I’ll definitely be back should we have any other issues and would gladly recommend them to anyone else!

Precision was called late on a Thursday night and they came out Friday morning at 8AM to repair the garage door. The service man Dayton was very profession about checking the door completely over and recommended repairing both cables on the door. He replace both cables, tightened, and lubricated the rolls. Very good work at very reasonable prices! If you need repair on your garage door, I highly recommend Precision to do the work!
