Honestly, I had a great experience using Precision. I made the call due to the reviews I had read online and I was not disappointed. I called on Monday afternoon and they had a technician (Steve) out at noon on Tuesday. I had a broken spring and was going to have Steve do a once over to see if there was anything else needed to be done. Upon further inspection, my whole system was in bad shape (frayed torsion cable, rollers that were not rolling, etc.). Steve did a rebuild in an hour! When he was done, the garage door functioned better and was more quiet than it has been since it was installed almost 7 years ago. Steve was also very personable, walking me through the problems and giving me solutions, all while giving me time to ask questions. He definitely wanted me to be comfortable with the work that was going to be done given that it was not necessarily an inexpensive repair. Well done Precision and thanks Steve!

Everything with the Process was 5 Stars. The only issue was wait time on delivery of the new door, but that has nothing to do with Precision Door. There are many material shortages and supply chain disruptions in the New Construction Segment Nationwide. Once the Door Arrived, they were out almost immediately and start do finish took less than 4 hours. We can BARELY even hear the Garage Door Open and Close .. first time in 7 years. EXTREMELY HAPPY !

Can't ask for better! Really happy with the service and customer service we received with Precision. One of our garage doors wasn't closing. Noticed one of the hinges was broke. I called in the mid afternoon and there was a technician out at our house by early evening. Trenton was very professional, friendly, and fixed the broken hinge along with a few others that he found that were cracked. He also inspected our other garage door to make sure there weren't potential issues with it. Price was very reasonable. Extremely happy all around, would definitely recommend using Precision!

Called and got an appointment within 2 hours of calling. I got a call from Trenton stating he would be here in 10 minutes. He arrived promptly and investigated my issue. Upon further investigation I needed more repairs than just the springs. He had all the parts in his van and was able to get my door operational in less than an hour. He did not seem bothered as I watched him work. He worked quickly and efficiently and seemed very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

So impressed with how quickly they were able to get a technician to me. Within 2 hours of when I called. I was worried on a Sunday there wouldn't be someone available. But I was able to get a new opener installed that was light-years better than what I had. My technician was friendly and very informative. Letting me know the benefits and drawbacks of all options and letting me decide what was best for my home. Very professional.

Michael Bray came to my home, on time and prepared. He did an assessment on my current garage door and all components and explained everything in detail to my satisfaction. Initially I thought I needed a new opener but after a safety check on everything ,I bought an entire door and all components. Michael worked until he was done with the job, cleaned up after himself and took my old door away. What more could I ask for. I will be informing others of this great service. Thank you Michael.
