Steve and Aaron were very courteous and professional. They were ontime (actually they were able to come earlier) and did a full rebuild of all necessary parts. The garage door had not been serviced in the 12 years we had been in the house and the mechanisms and motor were all very noisy. Very pleased with the new equipment and it is super quiet. The Chamberlain Liftmaster opener is very slick with all the built-in wifi features and app controls. Thanks for a great service experience!

Same day service is awesome! Justin came out to fix a squeaky door. He found the problem and quickly fixed it. During the inspection, he also noticed that we had bad cables (fraying). These were covered under warranty and replaced free of charge. Very satisfied!

He installed a new opener in a little more than an hour and I am very pleased with the work. Steve made sure I understood how everything worked before he left.

I would give Precision Garage doors a 5 star rating. The technician that did the repairs on my garage door was Travis Hernandez. After I called and scheduled the appointment, Travis followed up with a call to let me know exactly what time he would be arriving. As soon as he arrived, he went straight to work give me a assessment of what need to be fixed on my garage. He was very detailed and explained and showed me what had happened. He went over several options of what need to be done. After I picked the service I wanted, Travis went straight to work with his repairs. He was very fast and friendly and completed the good very quick. He is a very good Technician. I am a business owner myself, and I know it’s very hard to find good people to represent your company. But Travis did a excellent good at doing this.
