Remote parts of the door had aged and the door wasn't working remotely anymore. Precision came out and replaced the sensors and lubricated it. The door is working very well again. It is 16 years old and Precision has made a few repairs as it has aged and they always do a good job.

I am very happy with Tony Acker's service from Precision Garage/Door Service. Tony was thorough, polite and professional. He listened to my concerns, gave the the information I needed to make my own choice, didn't try and push product, or aggressively sell, and did a great install on one door opener, and took his time doing conscientious repair on the other door. Based on this experience, I will have them come back out as the other garage door opener its last leg also.
