Gary and his team were immediately responsive to my phone call when i damaged my garage door. Someone was actually here within a few hours of the call. The new door was expertly installed a couple of days later by Mario and his assistant, who were likewise professional and courteous. Everyone over at Precision know their business very well and are entirely reliable. While i obviously hope never have to repace a garage door again it is comforting to know that Gary and his crew are there. I give them my highest confidence.

I bought this garage door opener from Precision several years ago & it has given me very few problems. Lately tho, it didn't want to close completely before reversing. A tech was called out & arrived even before the scheduled time range. He performed a safety inspection then checked settings. A reset was required, which he said was probably due to a power bump. I've ordered a surge protecter for protection. Then the tech lubricated rollers & tightened fasteners on the hinges, and replaced a track wheel that had lost its bearings. I should schedule interval inspections to preclude failures like today, when we left without witnessing the garage door close; it didn't. I have been very satisfied with this opener oner the years. It's quiet & reliable.

We are closing on a house next week and, of course, one of our garage doors had to start malfunctioning just before 5pm Friday afternoon. Tyler from Precision was able to come out Saturday morning to troubleshoot and fix a combination of small problems that had added up to a big problem for us-i.e. the garage door stopping at different points in the closing process then going back up. One less thing to worry about at the moment.

I chose Precision because the work is done well and done promptly; however, I will look elsewhere next time. You have become wildly expensive, and your technician always pushes the most expensive option. He only mentioned the alternatives after I refused to do the full replacement.
