Precision had installed a new Maject Lift opener some 7-8 years ago and I was impressed with their work. This time one of the doors would not open. I called Precision and had a appt the next day. When James came over for the appt, he noticed that my garage door was out of balance and had the old style of springs, which are very dangerous when a spring breaks (that had happened 7-8 years ago). So for safety reasons and peace of mind I had new torsion springs installed. James was great, he had both doors springs installed in about 2-1/2 hrs complete with his cleanup along the way. Questions were asked and he answered them. I was extremely impressed with James's work ethics and the way that the doors opened and closed without all the loud rattling sounds.

Travis arrived early on the same day service was requested to repair the garage door. He was friendly even though the temperature was freezing and the garage door was heavy. He was fast, informative and corrected several installation mistakes (more track brackets) made by others as well as getting the door back in its tracks. In addition he fine tuned the spring tension to lower the load on the door motor and make it easier to lift if power were lost. Great job!!
