Both the salesperson and the install technician were friendly and knowledgeable. They provided tips on selecting the correct door and doing maintenance. The initial call was for a broken spring but I ended up replacing the door, opener, and remotes. The company did not provide any sort of receipt or invoice for this purchase of $4000+ but it was quickly resolved with a phone call to the local office.

Steve was very professional and knowledgeable as he did an excellent job accessing the situation and realizing the garage door items that needed to be replaced. Steve gave me all the options and he installed the belt rail, Liftmaster 84501 drive opener, surge protector all in a quick and timely manner within an hour of arrival at my home.

I called Precision as I needed my garage to be fixed immediately not within two days as quoted by other companies.Jacob arrived an hour ahead of schedule and immediately determined what the problem was. Wesley and his partner were excellent and very efficient in repairing our garage door motor remote and keypad. Took them less than 30 minutes and even gave us some instructions on how to reprogram our keypad. They were excellent.

Very easy to get an appointment. Technician was running early and called to confirm arriving a little early was OK. He was professional, knowledgable, efficient and willing to take the time to tell me what he was doing and why. Overall a great experience. Tech showed up and quoted me a different cost. Was Quoted with everything installed. Then Tech quoted everything separately. Then didn't have the stuff on the truck to do the job. Your going to a job to do an install you should have what you need on the truck. Will never call again. Overhead door did it better.
