Initially, I was just looking to upgrade my current garage door opener to the feature packed Liftmaster WLED. We had technician Justin Peterson come out to consult and we ended up finding a lot of worn out parts to my current garage door. I consider myself mechanically inclined and his observations were sound and not just trying to sell me stuff. We ended up agreeing to an entirely new garage door, opener, and everything to go with it brand new. George Carpenter did our install. Both guys were extremely professional and great to work with. Their attention to detail was second to none. I consider myself very particular and George took care of all of my concerns and then some. Overall, awesome experience with Precision Door Service. Top notch service and products!

The young woman who took my call yesterday was extremely helpful and courteous, and I had a repairman (Dayton) on site just a few hours later. He was professional and very knowledgeable. The repair involved the installation of new springs and rollers and was completed within 2 hours. Excellent service! Highly recommended.

The initial meeting and estimate went well and the guys that came out were very knowledgeable and helpful in deciding on what new products we should install. We ended up choosing new doors and openers and the process was painless. We scheduled an appointment for Precision to come out and do the installation and George and Andrew came out and were awesome! They got everything setup, cleaned up, and walked us through the system and any ongoing maintenance we should expect. It only took them a few hours to install two doors, springs, openers, and all related parts. I would highly recommend Precision and specifically George and Andrew if you need anything related to garage doors and any other related parts!
