I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone. We had precision install an overhaul kit for our garage door in September of 2011 that included a lifetime warranty. I call them with a request to evaluate a metal screeching noise and they sent a tech out the next day. The tech fixed the problem during the call, and we were only charged a nominal labor charge. All the parts were replaced at no charge.

Brent was able to work our job early. Spring anchor pad nearly pulled away from wall making it a very dangerous situation. With skill and patience, he was able to anchor the pad in a safe condition to install the correct springs. He recognized other issues that we could resolve on our own. I would recommend Brent for future garage and opener needs.

Like always the technician who came was on time had advised us by a phone call 20 minute before he arrived. He took care of the work which was to be done extremely well and when he left he made sure that the repair will last. Precision has taken care of the garage door for more than 10 years . Very seldom do they need to come. I would never consider to use another company for the maintenance of my garage door

I didn't know what to expect when Brent came over to give me an estimate on my garage door openers. They were old and noisy. He told me he could help. Four hours later I was listening to (rather not able to hear) the quietest garage doors I have ever experienced. He was knowledgeable and professional. He did what was necessary to get the job done which I am grateful for. It is nice to see a company with employees having such high standards. Thank you again Brent and Precision Doors!!!

Came home to broken springs on a Sunday. Didn't think to call until Monday morning to avoid extra fees. I should have called Precision earlier, because they don't charge extra for Weekend or Evening service calls! Ended up calling Monday morning, and was able to get a Monday evening appointment! Technician that came out was great, explained everything to me, and showed me what was wrong with all of the parts that he was replacing. Besides being a great repairman, the technician also seemed like a genuine good guy. Ended up overhauling the whole system, as it was in dire need, and only took about 2 hours. Hopefully I don't have to call Precision anytime soon, but I know that if I do, it won't take long to get an appointment!

Your technician Rob came by on time for our 6:00 to 8:00 P.M appointment. He analyzed the issue with the broken spring and gave me a cost estimate. He is very familiar and experienced in garage door repair and did a great job repairing our garage door . He was very informative and courteous during the service call. thanks very much for getting our garage door repaired in short order and back working properly.

Rob (the tech) arrived within 2 hours of my call to Precision (which I thought was amazing in a Saturday), he looked at my garage door issue, gave me the options I had to repair it and went to work. Rob was extremely friendly, very knowledgeable, and very professional. My door now works great and has a great warranty on the repairs. I wouldn't hesitate to call Precision again for any garage door repairs.
