Precision installed my door a few years ago, so I called them when the chain drive broke. Neal arrived within 30 minutes of my calling for emergency help and completed the repair in less than an hour. He also fine-tuned the system so I could raise the door if a power failure occurred. I am almost 91, and the steel door was too much for me to handle before Neal adjusted it. I am pleased.

The repairmen were very courteous and very knowledgeable about our issue. The issue was identified and explained in layman terms for a broad understanding of the repair and why. 3 PM Friday afternoon not a good time for my garage door spring to break...Cory was out by 4:15..very knowledgeable,explained everything...Opted for a complete overhaul which they had recommended the last time out...door working before 6...I have been dealing with Precision since 2006...Allways call them...5 stars

Your technician called ahead to let me know he was on his way and he arrived on time. He was very professional and courteous. He explained in terms I could understand what the problem was and gave me alternative suggestions for fixing the problem. He also advised me about lubricating the moving parts. He fixed the problem. I would have no hesitation in recommending Precision. Five stars for sure.
