Our garage door arrived when they estimated it to. And they scheduled a date shortly thereafter. The installer's Sean and Tori did a wonderful job, very courteous, and respectful. The install was done on time, and professionally. At the end they walked both my wife and I through everything and answered all our questions. Would recommend them to anyone.

I am totally unhappy with service for I feel I was taken advantage of. Problem I called in was a wall remote that did not open garage door. I was led to believe work done would correct t problem which it did not. Tech had to return and change out wall remote which should have been done on 1st visit. The $667 charge was for unnecessary work which I consider a scam. I would never recommend your company nor tech. I think it horrible to take advantage of 85 yr old lady and I will surely pass my experience on to others for bad word of mouth travels fast.

However, the technician came out the next day. He was knowledgeable and gave me additional needed information. I highly recommend this company.

i paid over $500 for my garage maintanance and calibration. same day garage stopped opening. i called and they sent same tech and changed me a $49.95 service fee to fix their own problems. the garage doors started having problems the same day. the third time they sent a tech and he tried to sell me new garage openers. when i told him i only needed my garage to work like before, he got upset. --fix the problem-- dont try to sell things that client doesnt need.

On a Monday morning, my garage door broke and I thought how will I get my car out? I called Precision Door and they gave me a timeframe from 12:00 - 2:00 that same day! Because I was not available, I chose 2:00 - 4:00. I received a text at 1:00 pm to inform me that Bryan was on the way. I learned too how n the text that Bryan loved dogs! He arrived and introduced himself. Gave me a few options and next thing you know, my door was working! I am VERY pleased and will recommend you to others!!!
