Mason Williams installed a new garage door opener and new rollers on my garage door. He was very knowledgeable and explained the benefits of the different types of openers that were available, i opted for the wall mounted direct drive. He did an outstanding job removing my old opener and installing the new one and afterwards he cleaned up the the garage and removed all the old parts. He took his time explaining the operation and set up the app on my phone. Can’t say enough about how neat and thorough he was , did a great job representing his company and their products.

From the call to get someone to fix my driveway gate issues to the service tech Mark who fixed it I was very pleased. I got an appointment scheduled on the first day I called Wednesday and two days later Friday my gate was fixed. This is after numerous calls and message left with the company who originally installed my gate. From now on Precision Door is who I will call and recommend to anyone who asks.

Great service! I called in the morning and my new garage door opener was installed the same afternoon. Mason was my technician; he did a great job. I enjoyed talking with him as well. The new opener was installed and adjusted, and all the waste was cleaned and removed, including the old track. Mason explained the operation of the unit and guided me through the setup of the smartphone app - I love it. The door moves smoothly and quietly with the belt drive. Highly recommended.

I have no clue how the technician did, because we have not yet ben our there. However, we were quoted $300 for this work . We received the invoice for the 300 plus an added $125 fee for "commercial service fee" which was not disclosed to us. We balked at the $300 charge, because it is not that inconvenient to drive close to door, but we most certainly would not have scheduled this if you quoted $425.

The technician Mr. Mark arrived ahead of schedule and surveyed the issue with our garage door not opening or closing with remotes. He explained that the circuit board needed to be replaced and he could have it repaired right now onsite. He quoted a reasonable price and proceeded to repair the board. He also checked all remotes to make sure they were working properly with the new circuit board replacement. And on top of all that he made sure the striping around the bottom of the door was secured. I highly recommend Precision Garage doors service to anyone in needed.
