Chad did a great job in explaining what I needed and got it done in half an hour. I know this will last for many years. I also appreciated I could book a time on line over the weekend instead of waiting until Monday morning. They also give a senior discount and have quality parts. Chad was very pleasant and deserves a Swedish dessert. ;)

Eli and Jose were very professional installing our new garage door and opener. We built our home 33 years ago and needed a new garage door. Jon (Field Service Technician) was very professional. Explained the repairs needed: cable, bearings on the end of the tension rod. How to maintain all moving parts every 6 months for a longer lasting wear. Highly recommend Precision Door Service.
