Waited three weeks had to call them on updates on my garage door. When I called they told me the door was on the truck. Which that was 6/11 asked when can be put in asap, she told me they would have to unload it from the truck they would look it over to make sure the door is not damaged and all the parts are there with the door. She would give me a call back Wednesday and it could be install it on Friday 15 didn’t get a call. Again had to call them on Monday 17th to find out about my garage door. Lady told me it on the truck and it would get delivered to them tomorrow. This company sucks at communication. I would never recommend them to my friends or family. I’m ready to do with someone else.

Chad did a great job in explaining what I needed and got it done in half an hour. I know this will last for many years. I also appreciated I could book a time on line over the weekend instead of waiting until Monday morning. They also give a senior discount and have quality parts. Chad was very pleasant and deserves a Swedish dessert. ;)

Eli and Jose were very professional installing our new garage door and opener. We built our home 33 years ago and needed a new garage door. Travis, repaired our original garage door until a new one was installed, he was very professional too. We were amazed that Travis (Precision) was able to be at our house within 2 hours of the phone call. I needed my car for work the next day. Jon (Field Service Technician) was very professional. Explained the repairs needed: cable, bearings on the end of the tension rod. How to maintain all moving parts every 6 months for a longer lasting wear. Highly recommend Precision Door Service.
