We have used Precision before when the spring broke back in 2017 and they replaced them. We have had a wonderful experience with this company which is why we called them back today for a simple problem. I called for service last night and the tech was here first thing this morning. Bobby Sanborn was our tech and he was very professional & friendly, had our problem solved in no time. I would absolutely recommend this company to our friends and family. Tony went above and beyond to install my new garage door. I have a full blown wood working shop in my home garage. Tony had to work around all this to get my new door installed.
