Tyler was our technician and he was great! We have an older opener that's not very common so he looked up the manual online to figure out the issue and get it working again. Tyler was very knowledgeable, polite and timely with his appointment and service time.

We needed a new garage door and Precision met our needs. Today I wanted the garage door keypad moved. It has been inside our house since the system was installed. I don't want it attached to the garage where I'd have to stand in the rain to use it. I was told they would not move it. I'd have to buy another keypad or another car fob to use inside. I wasn't happy about that. There was nothing to repair even though I had to pick equipment to repair for my review to get posted.

Not happy that my garage door broke in less than one week after installation. Just got my car out in time before the screw came out and the door was mot functional. Called for service and was told no tech was available for 2 days. Advertising is deceiving. Sounds like evening service that does not exist. Called Paul who sold me the $3,700.00 garage doors and he was able to repair it the next day.

I made appointment with Precision because I got the best rate from a customer service representative than other garage door businesses. I was taken by surprise when serviceman came to my house and asked which warranty I wanted which I was not expecting since customer service representative never told me about that. I was shocked when I was charged over $500.00 more than what I was quoted over the phone. When I called the company and requested the warranty be cancelled, I was told it comes with the warranty and cancellation is not possible. Not happy about that at all. Then oil that was applied along inside top bar leaked on the outside of door when door was open. The service man that did job came out, apologized for the mess and said that was unusual for that to happen. He cleaned the door, was very polite and did a great job. Over all, the job was well done just not happy about the unexpected warranty charge.
