We had a broken spring and Precision Door was super responsive in both answering our call and getting a technician to our house. Brent assessed the situation and offered us a variety of options depending on what we were comfortable with. He spent time explaining the issues and what to expect with the different options. When we later had an issue with the opener Brent again came out and quickly remedied the situation for us.

Very pleased with the service we received from Precision and their serviceman Brain. I received a text the morning of my appt with Brian's picture so I knew who was coming out. He called before arriving, he was professional, well-mannered, and knowledgeable. He replaced the spring and cables and repaired some damage on the garage door itself in about an hour. Highly recommended!

Bryan Payne was my Precision Door Technician who repaired my garage door. A power outage caused my garage door to malfunction. Bryan arrived in the scheduled time frame. I didn’t have an owner’s manual so he emailed one to me. He answered all my questions. The backup battery was less than 4 years old. He replaced it at no charge because the battery life should have been longer. He also corrected an unleveled previous motor installation problem. Bryan was extremely courteous and professional. I highly recommend Bryan to everyone! You will be pleased!

Tyler Lung went above and beyond the usual service expert. He was very respectful and patient in his explanation of our issues. He took care of the two issues we needed help with and gave us honest opinions on what our best options were. He didn’t try to sell us on something we didn’t need. We very much appreciated him. Side note: our boxer Duncan must have known he was a good guy because he didn’t bark at him and quietly laid down and watched him.

Super Service!! We had a broken spring on our garage door and called Precision after reviewing their web-site. I called them @ 1:45 PM and Kimie set up our appointment for Aaron to stop by between 2-4 pm. He showed up @ 2:30 pm and quickly fixed our broken spring & replaced our keypad. Aaron was very professional & friendly! He also gave us the senior discount that saved us $40!! I highly recommend Precision Door Service!

Years ago when we first needed garage help with our new house garage door we called Precision. We bought the lifetime warranty which seemed expensive at the time but has payed off multiple times since! Our latest incident was a broken spring at 1 am New Years Day as friends were leaving our house. I called later that morning and they scheduled our appointment for 8-10 the next day. Kevin was here and the door fixed by 9:15!! Great customer service and technicians and very timely!
