Fast Wonderful service! Our Technician was Brian Payne, and he was great! I called Lebanon Pewcision Door today in need of immediate repairs. Amanda took my call and was friendly, cooperative, and efficient. She told me that Tyler would be there between 2 & 4 the same day. He arrived adead of schedule and determined the problem, gave me my options. Repair or replace and I chose replace because mine was 20 + years old. His work was efficent and had me up and running very little time. He showed me the operations etc. even programmed my car control. And God bless these folks, they gave me a veterans discount.

Tyler Lung came to my house last week to replace the seals around both doors. 2 days later, one door opener wouldn't work. Tyler came back this morning. Unrelated to what he did last week, the wires to one of the beam sensors were corroded. Tyler fixed connections in minutes. He is very knowledgeable and gets the job done fast. I heard your advertisement on the radio then went on line to get more info. Saw you were local and had a 5 star rating. I had called the company who put the unit in initially. I found the person who came lacked interpersonal skills then only quoted me a total replacement cost which was totally out of my reach financially. Brian Payne is the gentleman who came out. He was professional and easy to communicate with. He gave me multiple options with costs - all far more affordable. I was able to keep the original door then have new opener unit and controllers replaced. I was pleasantly surprised that he could do option I chose that same day. He thoroughly and clearly explained how to use the wall unit and individual controllers. Also explained the warranty information. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for professional and affordable work.

This company and it’s employee Way Exceeded our expectations! Original estimate was completed on time, accurate, and professional with Tyler taking the time to explain each option from cheapest to most expensive. We decided to replace our garage door and Tyler quickly got us scheduled and did a quick safe fix to the broken door that worked until install day. Had a 4 - 6pm appointment, Eric (technician) called at 2:15p said he was running early, that was fine with me. Eric was professional and courteous. He offered some advice on some other items also. Eric was not pushy and fixed exactly what I wanted done, he also sprayed both of my door rollers and made an adjustment to my door opener.
