Have used precision previously and years ago purchased lifetime warranty. Marvin was technical repair mam and did a great job. He's the same tech that had done a repair for me in 2015. I don't understand why he told me that the life time warranty would not cover another spring break. I have my copy of when I purchased it and it plainly states that as long as I own this property parts are replaced at no cost. I would appreciate feedback on this. Thanks again for the prompt service and excellent repairman.
