Paul came out and graciously identified the issues and possible corrective measures to repair my door. My best option right now is to contact the original door manufacturer distributor and get a replacement panel. I will wait to see if that is the opinion of the distributor and make my decision based on total cost. I will definitely call Precision Garage Door if the entire door needs to be replaced. Thank you.

I had a torsion spring break and placed a service call. Daniel arrived on time and was very professional. Work was done quickly and the door works better than new. I would highly recommend them and I will use them again if I have any garage door problems.

The garage opener was running, but would not raise the garage door. I called Precision in the morning and the technician came out that afternoon. He quickly analyzed and explained the problem to me and gave me three options and prices before he started. He repaired the problem quickly. The technician was polite. courteous, and efficient.

Scheduled an appointment before noon and got a 10-12:00 window. Marvin Robe showed up to work on the door around 11. He did a safety check and fixed two things that were about to break. He was competent and pleasant. Good overall experience with this company.

Your Technician was extremely informative and very courteous. He showed me my present problem and explained his new garage doors in detail> My wife and I discussed which door we preferred and I was going to call the technician, and the very next day I had a accident in which I had to replace two new front tires and a new rim. a complete front end aligment plus a tow end which cost me a total of 910.00. So we are still very interested and will give him a call. I rate him 5 stars
