5 stars My problem was caused by me!! I stored something too close to the signal. I thought it was clear and when none of the remotes worked, I called Precision. It was after hours and when I asked for clues on what might be wrong, the answering service scheduled an inspection. I will know for next time the remotes don't work. John was very nice to Ray, even though he knew immediately what was wrong.

I called Precision because they had serviced our home garage door. Joshua was outstanding and I appreciated knowing who would be arriving to service the door to our rental unit. He was neat, tidy, well mannered and explained what he needed to do and why. A few hours later the door was not closing. I called Joshua (it is great to get the technician directly) we got the door to close and he came back after finishing his other calls that evening (7PM ) and made a minor adjustment that solved the problem. I very much appreciate the professionalism and pride in his work Joshua demonstrated.

I had the pleasure of James Walker performing the installation of our new Lift Master Garage door opener today. James arrived without our appointed time slot and promptly completed the installation under 60 minutes. The new garage door opener is very quiet and James did a great job hidings the sensor wiring in our garage. James was very professional and even wiped down the garage door to clean any of his prints. He explained the operations of the garage door opener & provided me with the new garage door FOB & the instruction manual. Nice job b Dave!

Saturday morning, and the loud "bang" from the garage turned out to be the spring expiring on the garage door. A check on the web said these guys were pretty reliable and would show up; seeing faces helped build confidence. James did show up within the window, gave us a full quote, did the work promptly and very well; the door is much smoother and quieter than it every was. Highly recommended.

My garage door wouldn’t open. I found Precision Door on Yelp and decided to use them because of their great reviews. And I’m SO glad I did! From making the initial appointment to meeting my technician, Josh, the whole experience was beyond great! Josh was able to quickly troubleshoot the problem and walked me through the repair/fee process before starting any work. He was honest about the condition of parts that needed repair which in the end saved me money. I also had questions about changing out the very loud garage door opener I currently had with a quieter one. Josh answered all my questions and sold me on making the change (not because he was pushy but because he was knowledgeable). Better yet, he was able to fix the original problem and give us a quieter garage door opener all at the same appointment! I highly recommend Precision Door and will definitely be using them again for any garage related issues or projects.

Spring on garage door broke last night when door closed. Couldn't open door this A.M. Phoned Precision to get an app't. for repair & Technician, John Repunte, was there within 2 hours. He immediately saw what the problem was & what was required to repair. John was knowledgable, courteous and repair was quickly completed. Thank you John & Precision.

I was very disappointed by the service provided by Precision Garage Door. I used them twice over the past year (once in May 2017 and recently in Feb. 2018). The second repair was 'not' covered by the work done in May 2017. The repairman claimed that he had no record of that repair. The warranty was for 90 days. For the May 2017 repair I was massively overcharged for 90 minutes of work -- a total of $569. $135 for a bearing replacement. $99 for a crack repair to the door, and $299 for labor. I very much needed the door repaired and the repair person took advantage of the situation

I felt very comfortable and confident in his delivery. He did an excellent repair overall and I would definitely use Precision again and not hesitate to recommend to others. The cost seemed reasonable, better than a brand new garage door, which a previous garage repair company, about 6 months ago, said I needed, but definitely a new motor.... my instincts didn't feel comfortable with that technician's recommendation. This company came out fast and I am happy overall. After a theft I wanted the ability to have the garage close automatically on a timer. We ended up having to replace the motor for that capability. I would have liked more info up front from the rep on the phone ( i.e. To have auto close capabilities you need to replace the motor, and not all models have that capability). However I really appreciated how knowledgeable and patient our technician Chewy was. He answered all of my questions and didn't try to upsell me . I'm not sure this is the cheapest company around, but I do feel very confident my tech was honest and did the work well. Will call again!

Arrived in the middle of the window, was done in less than an hour. Installer was great and friendly. Only downside is that the garage door opener was much much cheaper online.

I had a great experience with Precision. I needed same day service for our garage door that would not open. I called them early morning and they were able to have someone here by 4:30pm. Cory arrived and within 20 minutes had everything fixed and was even able to install a new keypad for us. He was very friendly and profession. I would use Precision again if need and recommend them to anyone needed garage door attention.
