Same day service was important. Dispatcher Derek was very friendly, welcoming, informative, and straightforward in my evening call. He added extra notes to try to assure that the technician would hopefully be able to respond earlier the next day than the available 4 hour slot otherwise provided. The technician Tim did in fact show up at about 11am, which was great for my daily schedule. Discount offered in Yellow Pages ad was helpful. Tim was terrific. He diagnosed the problem, checked out the broken spring, made sure the door and door opener were working fine, and provided a clear description of the repairs needed and some options for service. We agreed on the desired course and he finished the work in about 40 minutes, well within the hour he initially estimated. He was personable, inspired confidence, knew his trade, and was very easy to deal with. I would use Precision again without hesitation. Great job overall.

This was our first time using Precision. A few houses down the street from us we saw the Precision team doing work installing a new garage door. They looked to be very neat and profession in the work. So, a few days later when we notice a problem with our garage door we gave them a call. Very courtesies and helpful on the phone. They came out quickly, gave us a quote with options and then completed the work quickly We were very happy.

I would rate the gentleman who came, James Walker, as a 5 star professional. He was kind & competent. HOWEVER... Mr. Walker had told me the rollers I needed were $29/each and that I needed 10, which brought the cost to $290. He "generously" offered not to charge for the labor. In truth, it turns out the rollers he used (nylon with 4" stem) come in packages of 10 for less than $20. I feel completely ripped off, having been charged over $300 for $20 worth of parts & less than an hour of time.

I woke up to find my garage door not closing. I called Precision and was able to get an appointment the same day. Haziel Ulteras appeared at my front door with in the stated time period. He examined the problem and told me what needed to be done. He was very knowledgeable and worked effectively to fix my garage door . I would definitely use Precision and ask for Haziel if I needed their services again. Thanks !

Malek the technician was very knowledgeable, nice, neat and efficient. The large spring was broken which he replaced along with some other parts and the approximately 40-year-old opener still would not work and had to be replaced. Your website is very impressive and gives the feeling of trust.
