I had been having problems with my garage door for sometime and was dreading having to get it fix. Well, when I ran into the bottom of the door one morning when the door did not go all the way up; I was thinking that everything had to be replaced including the door itself. I got a great technician by the name of Taylor (very professional and knowledge) that was able to repair the door and replace all the parts and garage door opener within under 2 hours and the door has never worked better. It is so quiet now when opening and closing. I highly recommend Precision Door Service for any garage door work.

I used Precision Garage Doors in the past. I actually have their stickers next to the wall opener. As usual it was easy to get an appointment and they came the next day. Tito was pleasant and very efficient. I now have two doors I can open without breaking an arm from the weight. He did tuneups on both doors, checked the opener and discussed a possible future service. I will continue to use Percision for any future problems. Their customer service is above average.

The technician that came to do the job was very polite, efficient and did the job properly. I was surprise though by the amount I had to pay. I reviewed the cost of the supplies used at Home Depot and found that the mark-up was very high. Below is the comparison with my invoice and at Home depot: Torsion spring red : invoice = $249 each, at home depot = $33.99 Neophrene Roller: invoice = $20 each, Home Depot = $23.95 for 10 Torsion Cable: invoice = $178, Home Depot = $12 Drum: invoice = $215, Home Depot = $12.62 It is normal to mark-up, but this is excessive.

Excellent experience! Tech gave me a heads up before arrival, was polite and knowledgeable (all around great guy!). Didn’t just repair what was broken, inspected all aspects of the door. Made recommendations (and explained why, but wasn’t trying to “PUSH” an up sell!) Made necessary repairs, but also made adjustments to ensure proper operation and showed me what to do for maintenance to prevent further/future failures.
