The guy was not able to fix a simple problem. What a waste of time. Ill just call another company . i paid him his trip charge. Free money!!!! He. Did nt have a clue

I would recommend Precision Door. After a two other quotes I decided to go with Precision due to the price and what I was getting compared to the others. I got a new garage door and opener installed. I believe I was getting a slightly better door and opener with more features for the same or less than what the other quotes where. I'm happy with what I got and service and install. It only took about 4-5 hrs. Devion the person that installed my garage door and opener did an excellent job. Did nice clean up job after. No mess left behind. Very! Pleased with everything from start to finish.

Travis was our technician and he was so friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Fixed our door problem efficiently and quickly. As far as I'm concerned, there is no other garage door company that provides this type of service. Called on Thursday and they sent a tech out on Friday. Can't get any quicker customer service than that. Highly recommend Precision Door!

Will not use Service again. Scheduled appointment, but no one stated there was an 84.85 flat fee just to show up. There was no repair needed and fee was charged. If known, I would not have used service that requires flat fee show service. No apologies and not remorse from company.

I chose Precision because they offered same day service. My door was not operational and I needed it fixed that day. The tech arrived at the time I was told and make the repairs within an hour. Door is working better than it ever has.

Precision came up first in my Google search and that sometimes makes me nervous because I worry the company will be too big or a pain to deal with, but no such concerns with Precision. Being able to get someone out next day (or even same day!) is pretty awesome and they were able to come out, diagnose the problem and do a fairly intensive repair job all in an hour. Totally happy with the work and our technician and will call them again in the future.

I ordered a garage door. Jennifer Gaines processed my order and was very cordial and pleasant. Tom O'Dell was my technician. This guy is so professional and smooth that I believe he can do this blindfolded. Tom is very quick and efficient and in no time he was loaded up and ready to leave. The only thing I regret was that I forgot to give him the can of cold tea that I had promised. I guess that I was so impressed by his work that I had forgot

Alex showed up within the time frame and did an excellent job. Good installation and got all the remotes working on both doors. A small amount of trash left, but the man was tired so he gets a pass on that. Pricing was acceptable.

The technician who came to my home was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He told me I would receive an estimate in a couple of hours. When I opened the "estimate" there were only zero's and a grade card type review of systems. I called within two minutes after five, and obviously received a recording. Not a very good first impression.
